Give your own customers a branded way to order

Every program we run already has a working order experience behind it — the same one your account team uses in the Live Partner Portal. For agencies that want to put that experience in front of their own end customers, there are a few ways to extend it, from zero-setup to fully custom. We can usually stand up a rapid prototype of a branded ordering flow — phone or desktop — to show what it'd feel like before you commit to a direction.

Three Ways In

Pick the level of control you need

Fastest to start
Use the portal as-is
Your end customers order the same way your account team does — through the portal, on their phone or a computer. Nothing to build, nothing to maintain. Live today.
Your brand, our backend
White-label it on your domain
Point something like shop.youragency.com at the same ordering experience with a simple DNS change. Your customers never see "Name Drop Stop" — they see you. No development required.
Full control
Build your own experience
A read-only API exposes the same catalog, kit, and order-status data behind the portal — build a custom storefront, a kiosk, or embed ordering in an app you already have.
Real-Time From Submission

Every order shows up on the dashboard the moment it's placed

Whichever door an order comes through — the portal, your white-labeled domain, or your own app on the API — it lands on the portal dashboard in real time: status and tracking, updating automatically as it moves across our floor. That same dashboard view can be extended directly to your end customers as part of a white-label program, or you can build a different status view entirely on the API. Either way, nobody's waiting on a phone call to find out where an order stands.

How It Fits Together

Three front doors, one fulfillment engine

Whichever path you choose, it's the same warehousing, kitting, and pack-&-ship operation underneath — your customers' experience changes, our operations don't.

Three integration paths feeding one fulfillment platform Three boxes at top — Portal As-Is, White-Label Domain, and Your Own App via API — each with an arrow pointing down into a single shared box labeled Name Drop Stop Fulfillment Platform, covering inventory, kitting, and pack and ship. Use the Portal End customers order through our portal UI White-Label Domain Your domain, CNAME'd to the same experience Your Own App Built on our read-only catalog & order-status API Name Drop Stop Fulfillment Platform Warehousing & storage · Kitting & pack · Pack & ship · Order tracking Scoped, read-only access · per-partner data isolation
Security, In Short

The same access controls, no matter which path you pick

Every partner login is scoped to only their own customers' data, protected by two-factor authentication. Any API or white-label access we issue is per-partner, read-only by default, and revocable at any time — nobody outside Name Drop Stop can write to inventory, pricing, or another program's data. We don't publish infrastructure details publicly; ask your account contact and we'll walk through specifics for your program.

The Technical Picture

Building on the API, step by step

For the technical partners who want to go further than white-labeling, here's the shape of a custom build.

1
We issue a scoped credential
A read-only API key tied to your program specifically — it can't see other customers' data and can't write anything back.
2
Your app queries the same data the portal shows
Current inventory, kit definitions, and order/shipment status — plain JSON over HTTPS, the same source of truth either way.
3
Your customers order through your own UI
Could be a custom storefront, a native app, or ordering embedded in a tool you already run — order intake flows back to us the same way it does from the portal today.
4
We handle the rest, invisibly
Warehousing, kitting, pack & ship — same operation, same reliability, regardless of which front door the order came through.
Built on containers, not a single server
The platform runs as containerized microservices across cloud infrastructure — not one machine that falls over during a busy season. Capacity scales up automatically when order volume spikes — a product launch, a conference push, a seasonal peak — and back down when it doesn't. Your integration doesn't need to plan around our limits.
